MIFNA’s 2nd Hiking/Nature Walk Day, Sun, Mar 5th

Salaam members and friends,

Our second hike/nature walk is planned for Sunday, Mar 5th, at Chino Hills State Park. Please park your car and meet us at Alterra Park, 4921 Soquel Canyon Parkway, Chino Hills. It is a moderate, 2-to-3-hour hike that goes uphill from the gate entrance. To see the poppies up close, we will have to do a short hike up the hills. The rest of the hike is pretty flat. We plan to start the hike/nature walk at 9 am sharp. An RSVP is greatly appreciated so we won’t leave anybody behind in case some of you were to arrive late.

This will be our last hike before Ramadan. The next hike is planned for May 2023, since there will be no hike in April. For more information, please contact Sam Hashim at 310-433-8969.
