Death Announcement: Allahyarhamah Nur Maryam binti Abdullah

Dear members and friends,

We are sad to announce the passing of Allahyarhamah Nur Maryam binti Abdullah, beloved adopted mother to MIFNA director Ishak Japar.

Allahyarhamah  Nur Maryam, though not Ishak Japar’s biological mother, was the one who raised him. She passed away at 3:45 am (Malaysia local time), on Monday, July 15th, 2024, in Sungai Petani, Kedah due to old age. She was 90 years old.

She left behind four sons, one daughter, 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was buried at Tanah Perkuburan Islam Permatang Berangan, Kedah,

We extend our deepest condolences to Ishak and family, may Allah grant them comfort and strength in their time of sorrow.
