Death Announcement and Burial Information: Allahyarham Zakaria bin Musa

Dear members and friends,

We are sad to announce the passing of Allahyarham Zakaria bin Musa, beloved father to MIFNA member Naziah binti Zakaria.

Allahyarham died due to Parkinson’s on Friday, October 18th, 2024, at 6:54 pm, at St. Joseph Hospital, Orange, CA. He was 77 years old.

Allahyarham left behind his wife, 3 sons, 2 daughters, 3 daughters-in-law, 2 sons-in-law, and 14 grandchildren.

Viewing will begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22nd, at the Islamic Society of Orange County (ISOC), 1 Al-Rahman Plaza, Garden Grove, CA 92844. Solat jenazah will be right after solat Zohor, at 1:15 pm.

Burial will be at 2 pm on the same day at Melrose Abbey Memorial Park & Mortuary, 2303 S Manchester Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802.

There will be an escort service to direct traffic from the masjid to the cemetery after prayers. Please stay together and have your hazard lights on. You may text brother Rozz Hosan, Naziah’s husband at 213-305-8144 if you have any questions.

We extend our deepest condolences to our sister Naziah, her mother Zaimah, and the rest of Allahyarham’s family and loved ones. May Allah grant them comfort and strength in their time of sorrow.
