Results of MIFNA Elections 2025

Below are the results of the MIFNA Elections 2025 for the 2026-2027 Board of Directors.  These results were ratified at MIFNA’s 19^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on December 13, 2025, at Jurupa Community Center:

President: Shamsudin (Sam) Hashim
Vice President: Faiez Mazlan
Secretary: Anizah Hairudin
Treasurer: Hasnah Hamdan
Directors: Amir Lechner, Aznizam Abdullah, Kamal Kho

Congratulations to the incoming Board.  The 2026-2027 Board of Directors will take office effective January 1, 2026.

Thank you to the 2025 Election committee (Lin Adzhar, Sharina Salehhuddin) and auditor (Kasdi Saat) for a smooth election process.

Thank you to all members who attended the AGM and Appreciation High Tea at Jurupa Community Center, 4810 Pedley Rd, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509.  We had a big turnout of ~120 people. We bid thank you and farewell to outgoing MIFNA Board members Rina Faisal, Ishak Japar, Norakmaliza Rais, and Consulate LA members Puan Anil Adenan (Consul General), En Irvin Francis (Deputy Consul MATRADE), and En Muhammad Mahfuz Mohd Ramli (Consul Education Malaysia).

Much appreciation to all the chefs who prepared the food for the High Tea and to the members who brought desserts and fruits to share.  See you next year at another MIFNA event.
