Burial Update for Allahyarhamah Rohaidah Che Hassan and Bereavement Fund for the Monjezi Family

Dear members and friends,

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of MIFNA member and our beloved sister, Rohaidah binti Che Hassan.

Allahyarhamah passed away on early Friday morning, March 13, 2026 (PST), at her home, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.  She was 63 years old.  Allahyarhamah is survived by her husband, Kamyar Monjezi, and their three children, Shireen Aida Monjezi-Koochak, Shayda Nabella Monjezi-Koochak, and Shahin Faizal Monjezi-Koochak.

Solat Jenazah was done after Friday prayers on Friday, March 13, 2026, at the Islamic Society of Orange County (ISOC), 1 Al-Rahman Plaza, Garden Grove, CA 92844.

Burial is planned for 11:30 am on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Forest Lawn Cypress, Cypress, CA 90630.
