Cancer Treatment Fundraising for MIFNA Member Rohaidah Chehassan

Rohaidah Chehassan, a longtime and cherished member of the MIFNA family, was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer after tumors were discovered during an MRI scan in early October 2025. This news has been heartbreaking for her family and for the many people whose lives she has touched over the past eighteen years as a MIFNA member.

Rohaidah has found a specialist and a treatment option that has shown success for patients in situations similar to hers. However, this treatment is not covered by insurance, and the estimated total cost ranges between $250,000–$300,000 for the full course of care.

At this time, Rohaidah and the Monjezi family are openly and graciously accepting donations to help make this treatment possible. Time is critical — the sooner she can begin and continue treatment, the greater the likelihood of success.

MIFNA is assisting Rohaidah and her family to raise funds for her treatment.  Donations to the ‘Rohaidah Treatment Fund’ can be made by any one of the following methods:

We greatly appreciate if donations to the Fund can be made within a month (by January 18, 2026) as she needs to start treatment very soon.
