Dear members and friends,
We are sad to announce the passing of Allahyarhamah Nik Farahana binti Nik Abdul Rashid, beloved aunt to MIFNA member Nik Muaz Mohd Shuhaimi.
Allahyarhamah passed away at 3:44 pm on Monday, January 8th, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada due to cancer. She was 54 years old. She is survived by her husband Barry Borstein, son Daniel Borstein and daughter Sara Borstein.
Burial will be at the Las Vegas Islamic Cemetery, 7620 Bermuda Road, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
We extend our deepest condolences to Allayarhamah’s immediate family and loved ones, including Nik Muaz and family. May Allah grant them comfort and strength in their time of sorrow.
