Death Announcements: Allahyarham Haji Awang bin Haji Hitam

Dear members and friends,

We are sad to announce the passing of Allahyarham Haji Awang bin Haji Hitam, father of MIFNA member Zarina Awang-Pearson.

Allahyarham passed away on Saturday, September 28th, 2025, in Brunei Darussalam. He is buried at the Tanah Perkuburan Islam Bukit Berangan, Jerudong, Brunei.

We extend our deepest condolences to our sister Zarina and the rest of Allahyarham’s family. May Allah grant them comfort and strength in their time of sorrow.
